PROJECTS' SUPPORT TEAM

The main tasks of the Team are:

• In terms of project preparation:
  -preparation of independent projects with experts’ support (conception, assumptions, in-kind and financial contribution)
  -supporting the content-related team (project initiator) in the formal and technical aspects of the grant application (application process, support in the interpretation of guidelines, cooperation with the Office for Research and Structural Projects and/or the International Education Projects Office regarding project's assessment and evaluation)

• In terms of project implementation:
  -participation in interdepartmental projects prepared by the team
  -participation in projects developed by the content-related teams within departments
  -supporting project teams with interpretation of guidelines, guidance on project management and reporting

• Other tasks:
  - issuing opinions on projects (assessment, evaluation)
  -monitoring available grant opportunities and sharing information on open calls for proposals
  -organising regular meetings with those interested in applying for funding
  -providing information on the preparation and implementation of projects
